Guided judiciously in partnership with the unique event partners or sponsors, SOS has the vision to provide the platform for capacity building especially ICT to support
• life-long learning especially for the African;
• the development of Open Educational Resources for Africa;
• market research involving Community Appraisals, Surveys, Analysis & Appraisals, etc.;
• promote the use of Open Source Software;
• advocate for the use of low-cost technologies for emerging market and regions; and
• conducting project management and evaluations.
Though partners for each SOS event are unique to that event – just like the varied objectives for each event, collectively we have a listening ear and an optimistic attitude.
